A stylish beautifully presented holiday home in Shakespeare Country near to Stratford-upon-Avon and within walking distance of Mary Arden’s House. Only a 5 minute drive or 6 minute train ride brings you to the centre of Stratford upon Avon, with its theatres, historic streets, and riverside attractions.

Arrive to secure, CCTV monitored gated parking for up to three vehicles. Inside, relax in a bright lounge with comfortable seating, bold artwork, and a smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen features a fridge freezer, dishwasher, combination oven/microwave, induction hobs, Nespresso machine, and washer/dryer. The dining table seats six for memorable meals.

Sleeping arrangements:

• Bedroom 1 – Double bed, en suite shower room with toilet and wash basin

• Bedroom 2 – Two single beds, vanity unit with wash basin, plus additional toilet

• Lounge – Sofa bed for two guests

Outside, enjoy a sun drenched terrace, a private BBQ area, and lawn views framed by mature trees.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including the lounge, kitchen, dining area, two bedrooms, bathrooms, sunny terrace, BBQ area, and secure, CCTV monitored gated driveway with parking for up to three cars.

The garden and outdoor seating areas are perfect for relaxing after exploring Stratford upon Avon and the nearby canal.

I'm available to assist you 8am to 5.30pm daily via the Airbnb app for any questions or help during your stay. Outside of those hours I remain reachable for emergencies only. I aim to respond promptly and ensure you have a smooth, enjoyable experience while respecting your privacy.

A sofa bed in the lounge can sleep two additional guests (6 guests in total).

The property is semi detached to the main house but fully self contained with private entrances and outdoor spaces.

Secure, CCTV monitored gated parking is provided.

Pets are welcome with a £25 charge per pet. Self check in is available 24 hours a day. Check out is by 11:00 AM. Please note: the second bedroom and bathroom involve climbing stairs. The bedroom has a sloped ceiling and the upstairs toilet also has a sloping ceiling and restricted headroom. The toilet is great for children but tall adults may need to use the bathroom downstairs.
